Beautifully installed, same day complimentary removal of old unit. Excellent communication, service completed in a timely manner. Very professional in appearance and service provided. Service after sell available. Far exceeded expectations. Previous experiences for same type of service from area businesses ended up being unpleasant and overpriced. Not so with Mr. Dave! Recommend by trusted family friend, his service was a much needed blessing. We are grateful. 🙂

I own a café in Bainbridge NY, Dave has taking care of all my maintenance at the café for years all my heating, hot water tanks all of my refrigeration problems he also has replaced my exhaust fan. I can go on and on he also took care of all my family's houses. I recommended him to everybody. My husband's grandmother HVAC system broke down we called Dave for her she had just had another company there they told her an outrageous amount of money that she needed a new system, make a long story short Dave fixed it for a $20 part and it still running today. Dave always to my rescue with my Refrigeration at the café always that same day. I know he is greatly missed in New York.

Dave is the most reliable & professional problem solver I've had the experience of working with & genuinely cares about his customers. He's very knowledgeable & reasonably priced! I manage a small family owned bar/restaurant with many refrigeration units/compressors/ice machine. He would always show up whenever I called to solve whatever issue I was currently having. He never gave up, even if it was a difficult job! He was even in the process of moving to Tennessee within a week, and I had a compressor go down. He continued to work on getting a new compressor & got it installed before his final move! Most people would say so sorry you need to find someone else, but not Dave! He made sure everything was ok before he left. I was so thankful! NY's loss is Tennessee's gain! I have yet to find a replacement that's reliable or doesn't price gouge!
While I did not have him work on heating (had no issues) or AC (don't have), I'm positive his experience & work ethic would be no different then refrigeration!

I contacted Dave to do repairs on my two door Traulson freezer when I owned a bakery in NY state. After many frustrating experiences with other service companies and so much wasted money, he was able to do the repair and the cost was so minimal. We have since moved to Tennessee and are planning to have him replace the furnace in our new home. I'm so glad he moved to Tennessee as well, because we are so happy that he's down here now too.
